MRGI provides tenant representation to a variety of business professionals. Tenant representation starts with evaluating the client’s goals. The key focus is to provide our clients with the highest level of service and achieve the task of locating space for their business, negotiating their lease, and assisting with the overall process. We believe our job does not end with the signing of the lease. Our agents are prepared to provide whatever follow-up services are required to assist our clients.
Our tenant representation agents offer a comprehensive range of services backed by a sound knowledge of the market and extensive experience in the various aspects required, from analyzing financial arrangements to structuring the transactions to achieve the most favorable terms for our clients. This service means that we are representing the interests of the Tenant only. Our fiduciary responsibility is to the Tenant. This service is provided free of charge. The Landlord has generally built this cost into the marketing budget for the property and if you negotiate directly with the Landlord’s agent there is not a cost savings as the fee is paid regardless. Remember, the Landlord’s agent is trying to get the best terms for the Landlord.
