Landlord Services

MRGI helps Landlords lease and sell their properties. Our approach includes a comprehensive evaluation of the current market, proper positioning of the property in the market, developing and utilizing an effective marketing plan, and identifying and procuring qualified tenants or buyers, and therefore maximizing the value of our client’s properties. We offer our clients a level of service that is beyond the standard brokerage duties. Each deal is unique and has specific challenges that require our agents to evaluate how to meet these in order to achieve a successful transaction. It is the willingness of our agents to be resourceful and attentive to the details that are often overlooked and result in an incomplete transaction. MRGI remains involved and approachable to the tenant/buyer to insure if there is an issue that needs to be addressed; our agent is there to offer a solution. We are willing to be innovative and solution oriented which more often results in bringing the transaction to a successful conclusion. Utilizing our knowledge and expertise to add value to every transaction enables us to provide our clients with the maximum success.

Tenant Services

MRGI provides tenant representation to a variety of business professionals. Tenant representation starts with evaluating the client’s goals. The key focus is to provide our clients with the highest level of service and achieve the task of locating space for their business, negotiating their lease, and assisting with the overall process. We believe our job does not end with the signing of the lease. Our agents are prepared to provide whatever follow-up services are required to assist our clients. Our tenant representation agents offer a comprehensive range of services backed by a sound knowledge of the market and extensive experience in the various aspects required, from analyzing financial arrangements to structuring the transactions to achieve the most favorable terms for our clients.

This service means that we are representing the interests of the Tenant only. Our fiduciary responsibility is to the Tenant. This service is provided free of charge. The Landlord has generally built this cost into the marketing budget for the property and if you negotiate directly with the Landlord’s agent there is not a cost savings as the fee is paid regardless. Remember, the Landlord’s agent is trying to get the best terms for the Landlord.
